KIOS accepts only funding applications that are submitted on KIOS Application Form. We also encourage you to go through our Application Guide before submitting your application.

Each application should be submitted with two references. For references we kindly ask you to use the KIOS Reference Form.

Checklist for Applying
1. Familiarize yourself with the KIOS Application Guide.
2. Download KIOS Application Form or ask for the Application Form by sending us an email at kios@kios.fi.
3. Carefully read through the Application Form Guidelines (attached to the Application Form).
4. Fill in the Application Form.
5. Check that you have attached the required documents to your application: Project Budget, Two Written References, Annual Budget, Statutes or By-laws, Registration Certificate, Annual Report, Latest Audit Reports (from the two previous years). You may also attach other relevant additional documents
6. For the two written references use KIOS reference form.
7. Send the application form and the required documents to KIOS by email and by post.
